Fisher X-100 Questions

Just picked up a Fisher X-100.

Inside it's marked as a Fisher X-100-3.

Serial number 63015B.

Haven't had a chance to power it up.

I might be crazy but it doesn't look like any of the Fisher X-100's I've seen on the cover of the various X-100 service manuals.

Normally I deal with consoles and not individual components.

Any thoughts?

I restored one of these a couple of months ago. They're really a very nice sounding unit. Good luck with yours.

I thought that was the correct service manual but the image on the front cover made me question it. Thanks for the clarification.

X-100A, X-100-2 and X-100-3, all similars and wonderful sound. I've put 6P14P-EB russian tubes in mine...

Welcome to the club!

That faceplate matches a lot of my gear from the mid 60's (consoles and separates). It ALMOST makes me want to trade my X-101-B (7591's) for that 7189 powered monster. I said almost.
