Fixing a Focal 7H 515

I'm planning of having a Focal 7H 515 speaker repaired. It is from a Chario Academy 2 loudspeaker. Kid hit speaker...speaker to ground. The cone and surround are fine, but when you press on the cone, you feel that grinding sound.
I'm considering Orange County Speaker Repair in So. Cal.
Has anyone had experience with this company?
Are there other speaker repair shops that you'de recommend?
Thanks in advance!

Orange County has a pretty good rep from what I've read here.

My guess is that the magnet got knocked ever so slightly offcenter. You could pull the woofer and see if there's any obvious marks from where the magnet moved, and then try and move it gntly back by tapping the magnet with a nonmagnetic hammer. Good luck!
