I hear some hmmm sound I have installed the ground cable between tt and amp.

Is it a loud hum that can be heard over music or a quiet hum that can't really be heard when music is playing?
If it's a quiet hum, try changing the gain on your Mani. I suspect that Gain 1 = L and Gain 2 = H for the Ortofon. Try setting Gain 1 to H and Gain 2 to L, which Schitt recommends for high output MC carts like the Denon.
If it's a loud hum start by checking all the connections - turntable to phono stage, phono stage to amp. Make sure they are fully inserted and tight. (Power everything off before you start fiddling with connections, though!)
If the hum is still there, try disconnecting the ground wire from the turntable to amp. The hum may disappear. If not, try attaching the ground wire to other grounding points (the phono stage for instance). Again, power off while you make these changes, change the connection, and then power up again.
If none of that works, take a close look at the connections from the tonearm to the cartridge. The connectors should be snug, not loose or easily moved off the pins. There is not a standardized size for cartridge pins so every cartridge swap usually requires that the little clips that connect to the cartridge be adjusted for the new cartridge. Sometimes they need to be opened...other times they need to be compressed. You can use a round toothpick and a pair of tweezers or needle nose pliers to open or compress the connection - just be gentle so you don't flatten the connector.
Be patient, take your time and be careful! Hum can come from many places, but try these first and see if any of them help.
