For people here on AK wanting a switcher box that does it all, they better be bidding on this bad boy. :D
 
I'd like to build something similar to that, to use on my rack, but holy moly, that's pricey!!!

Is that a really rare item? This is the first one I've seen.
 
If I had 30 pieces of Sansui gear, I'd buy it. :yes: Alas, I have only one. :no:
 
And this, my good people, is why I feel good about paying 10% of the opening bid, and put up with mine saying Hitachi and not Sansui.
 
It may. Weirder things have happened this year....

Last I was watching these they got 300+
 
I don't know if this is the same one I saw earlier this year or not - Cool piece. I sure don't have enough gear to make that worth while.

I would never pay that much, even though I'm a Sansui fan and in the market for a switcher. But hey, as has been pointed out countless times before on this site, it takes only one buyer willing to shell out!
 
I've always wanted a switcher like that. But I agree, for that price I would rather figure out a way to build my own
 
Yeah, I'd like to have that capability to switch amps, speakers, etc. It would make A/B listening much easier. I haven't been able to find anything suitable searching online, guess I'll have to build one myself.

Thanks... I had been hoping something like that would come up @ a price point I could afford. It will take a while to get everything set up through the switcher box, but well worth it when I do.
 
Hmmm, the box looks better than mine, but mine was a lot cheaper to build to switch up to 10 units....by the way, all to Sansui equipment...lol!
 
I'd like to see pics of your switcher box. Building my own switcher has taken a back burner lately. It'll probably remain there until after this summer's over.
