An FYI to AK members that might wonder about these things: turntables do not spin backwards in the Southern hemisphere (that's where Australia is) and the blood doesn't rush to everyones head because they're upside down. However, the contents of a flushed toilet do spin counter-clockwise which may be disorienting to someone visiting from the Northern hemisphere.

to ponderbear, Yep it sure sounds good to me, but then again,on my budget it'll have to do for now. Looking at some of your rig lists, I'm drooling.
I've never been brand loyal, just gone for what sounds good. I've been lucky enough to know Theophile for some 20 years now and his setup is jawdropping.:sigh: But he has spent some serious time with tweeking and (I hope he doesn't get upset with me for saying) has even evoked the expensive blue smoke. Nothing comes for free I guess.
I've still got a lot to learn, but I'm in the right place for an education.

A word of warning should you visit Oz, their revolving doors turn opposite to NorAm, can be disconcerting if you are wearing glasses. Oh, you are expected to keep left on the sidewalks and should you rent a car you drive on the left as well. The people are friendly and the beer is good, what more do you want.
