Frank Zappa - Actor

i was watching an old Miami Vice on TVLand over the weekend, and came across an episode in which Zappa played a kind of intellectual, articulate, existentialist drug dealer. wow! i almost fell out of my chair. Zappa? what the hell....anyone else seen this episode?

I happened to catch that as well. He was a much better musician, and that coming from a non-fan.

I didn't see that one, but I saw his cameo in The Monkee's "Head". My conclusion was - as an actor, he's a great musician.

i saw 200 moe-tells around 70, 71 or so. unspeakably horrible. i guarantee you you could not sit through it now.
