I had 2-pair up until about one year ago. Kept a pair and sold the other. I wouldn't mind getting the other back actually. Im using the horn loaded woofer section (x-over bypassed) in a active x-over set-up with great success. I sold mine for $375 and could get them back for the same if I wanted to. For around $300, I would be very tempted. If you were looking for a cab. with a high level of fit and finish, you or whomever might be a little dissapointed. I applied a nice mahogany veneer to mine with the generous help of AK'er ejfud. Actually Gary ended up doing the lions share of the work on my cabs.

They exceeded my original expectations used this way and I have been very pleased. They are really nice but not $900 nice IMO.

Used as intended with the horn they were surprising but the horn, even with tubes was slightly strident and lacked HF extention. Pretty darn good though as I said. The compression drivers on mine were a little different but the horn looks similar.

They are on ebay for the same asking price by the way.
