I am located in the Kansas City area and giving away back issues, circa 1985-2010, of stereo magazines including Stereophile, The Absolute Sound, FI!, Stereo Review, Audio and High Fidelity. They are full of articles about musicians and recording artists and reviews of recordings. Of course, lots of articles and reviews of equipment as well. Most of them are in very good condition. Please PM me if you are interested in having them.

I gave about six boxes full of Stereophile and The Absolute Sound to a local upstart record store. I couldn't bring myself to just toss them. Tried to donate them to our local library but they didn't accept periodicals.
 
That's about right. Lots of fine journalism, interesting record and equipment reviews, R2D4, recommended components, but...heavy stacks of paper! Taking up space!
