all are digital recording, the graph is a peak hold type.
bowls- hitting some glass bowls of different sizes,bowls produce a very pure tone, with very few harmonics.
clock chimes- one of the more interesting graphs,the recorder was placed just a few inches from the chimes so there is a great deal of bass.very dense cluster of harmonics from about 1.6khz to 6.2kz.
glockenspiel- not surprising hitting metal produces a lot of high frequencies. no bass of any kind ,but I would expect any from the small metal bars,like the bowls ,the bars produce pure tones with few harmonics.
harmonica- playing all the notes Im surprised how rich the sound is,and 275hz is very good for such a small instrument.
wind chimes-like the bowls, very pure tones with few harmonics.when you hear wind chimes you're just listening to a few harmonics.
thunder- you cant be true hifi person unless you have recorded at least one thunder clap,this was recorded on my porch which is giving a small amount of bass boost.not surprising there is a tremendous amount of bass, I can safely say it goes below 10hz.
