fried beta foam

i want to refoam my fried beta speakers, but the inside diameter of generic 6 & 6.5 inch surrounds are to short. i tried foam from matt elec.but also was too short. i would like to keep the original woofers. has anybody refoamed their fries, and where did you get the foam?
