Try Audio Classics (listed in the ads at the bottom of this page) or google McIntosh Audio (not McIntosh Labs). Audio Classics will ship overseas if they have. Not sure about McIntosh Audio, but I just checked their webiste and they show a C26 faceplate in stock for $138. Let us know what you find out.
