Fuji DR seems to be the same but not really

Take a look at this seemingly identical Fuji DR, but if you look closer there is a difference!
HINT: Cases and hubs
Can you please help me trace origin of each of them? Are they even Fuji ? Counterfeit ?

The first one with the 3 dot hubs is likely made by SKC. Near the end of the cassette's lifespan many vendors had outsourced their production. They're not counterfeits.
