G7700 obsolete output transistors

Hello. Before anyone suggests to dig through old forums , I have. Haha. Looking for suitable replacements for the output transistors for my G7700. It’s the newer unit with only 2- 1170 and 2774 outputs. The service manual kinda sucks if I’m being honest because it doesn’t list a lot of the components in this unit. Anyway…. I can find old stock on Fleabay and “new “ ones but no guarantees. These are the MT-200 case. Anyone have any leads on a good replacement or have any NOS or good used ones ?? I’m going to check with Consolidated Electronics in Dayton Ohio next week. They carry a lot of obsolete stuff. Specs as follows:
CBO-200v
CEO-200v
EBO-6v
IC-17a.

Be very careful buying "NOS" transistors. Most of them are counterfeit.

I’ve been bitten in the past with counterfeit STK packs. I usually source from Mouser or Digi-Key for all of my components. Thanks.

While the advice about counterfeit semiconductors is sound, Consolidated is a trusted source. Steve carries a lot of NOS parts.

Steve had my G7700 outputs. I bought the last two SA1170. Putting them in tonight.
BTW, I’m needing the values of R15,16 on board 2980 in this receiver. I’ve got the newer version with only 2 output transistors/channel. If you don’t,no problem.
