Garrard 990B Need Some Advice
I picked up a Garrard 990B TT today and when I brought it home I realized that the audio wires(?) that run from underneath the tt through the tonearm and connect to the cartridge was severed. I looked online for info on how to fix this, to no avail. My question to you, the much more knowledgable AK community is, can this be fixed? and is it worth fixing? If so where would I purchase the parts. BTW, I got this tt @ goodwill for $10 and can return it within 48 hours and get a refund. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
p.s. this would be a 2nd tt for me, so I don't "need" it but it seems to be a decent tt from the limited info online and would be a welcome addition to the collection.
