Garrard identification help please

Hi all.
I am having difficulties verifying if this is a Garrard AT5. It is in a fantastic old Sylvania console.
Any help identifying this turntables would be great as well as recommendations on what type of cartridge and stylus this needs. I think the current one is a bit tired.

I would say that, yes, that is an AT5.
