Picked up one today. Everything seems to function ok except the arm set down point. It has settings on the speed selector, but on all it wants to drop it near the end of the record. Auto returns functions fine. Any way to adjust the set down points? :scratch2:

I had that problem with mine, and I engineered a fix for it but I never actually figured out what it's problem really was. I'll have to take a peek under the hood and see if I got that part of mine put back together incorrectly. I added a spring in there to pull on the lever to make the size selection work correctly. Thanks for the link, maybe after 4 years of it living with my patchjob "repair" I can make it correct!

so i drug my Zero-100 out and had a look. The linkage mentioned was installed properly, but some further looking led me to the conclusion that the spring on the lever that drives the sizing lever was weak. In the linked picture, this is the double spring at the right side of the picture. On my Zero-100, this is a single spring and the end was stretched a bit. I cut one coil off to give it more pressure, and it seems to be working now. WHen watching from underneath, I could watch that lever just move instead of driving the pin that works the sizing mechanism.
