Hi, my name is Gary, I am 57, and retired. Recently I purchased an old Sansui Reciever at a garage sale for $5 and was amazed at the sound quality. Since then I have purchased a used Harman Kardon 330B, and a Sherwood S-9600CP. With a little cleaning, they all look and sound great. I joined the group to learn a little about working on and tuning up any future receivers I might purchase. Right now I am thinking about a Marantz 2010. I would like at least 1 receiver from each major brand. Oh I live in Wyandotte MI. and Happy New Year........:music:

I have been in Va longer than I care to admit but have always considered Michigan home since that is pretty much where all the relatives are.
