Gemini XL600

I got 2 gemini xl 600 dj tables for 20.00. They're pretty heavy and seem to work and maintain speed. The arm piviots are all loose and I am sure they have had a hard life but with 2 I'm sure I can make one thats solid. Worth putting any time into or should I send them on down the line?

If both arms are shot, you can't make one that's solid. You can see if you can tighten the pivots and make it work, butif the bearings are damaged (you feel roughness when moving the arm) then that's it. You also might be able to replace the arm with a Technics arm. Otherwise they would make nice record cleaning machines.
