Does anyone have info on the Genesis 7 speakers? I got these in the 80s and wanted to run them with an HH Scott 335, a Marantz 2215 or a late 60s (or early 70s) Sansui 2000. They're small 2 way units, roughly 18x8x6.

I'll take opinions on the amps too if anybody would be kind enough to give them. And I apologize in advance if the word "amp" is incorrect.

You can have all 60,000+ members chime in with their opinions but it boils down to what sounds best to you. I would think the Marantz would sound very nice but give them all a test drive and let YOUR ears decide :thmbsp:
 
Problem

The problems are that I have tin ears (with tinnitus!), I'm cheap and in general listen to shoddy music. All of these traits militate against putting a good system together.

Right now I have the Scott with a pair of modified Minimus 7W in the bedroom. I used to have the Marantz on these but it was time to switch. The tentative setup was going into the approx 12x18 dining room.

The living room is set for a SX 750 with a restored pair of AR 2ax.
