Oh Chief! - Jane Hathaway
Hi,
Two years ago I grabbed a pair of Genesis Physics II sppeakers at the GW for $8.00... I remember hooking them up to my kyocera receiver and them sounding very nice..unfortunately, I stopped at that point as I came across a pair of New Large Advents. I currently switch the Advents out with my Alon 1 speakers depending on my mood. I recently hooked the Genesis Physics II's up to compare with the Advents and they sounded flat....for some reason the tweeters are either dead or something in the crossover went bad...Its really a mystery too me, but, I would like to bring these speakers back to life and rebuild them. I have always wanted to do this and I feel this would be a good speaker to practice on. Does anyone know of any links or resources for rebuilding Genesis Physics speakers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
