After listening exclusively to a low watt SET tube amp for the last few years driving my Lii Audio open baffles (and loving it) on a whim I decided a while back to get a vintage SS 1971 Sansui integrated, just for something different. The sound is terrific! Then a few weeks ago, I also got a 1973 Pioneer receiver. The sound is also terrific!

Now I have 3 totally different sounding systems. Each amp is great in its own way. All 3 are under 35 watts, as my drivers are 99 dB efficient. My Decware amp is 2.3 wpc.

It’s a lot of fun switching between amps, and hearing all the little differences. Lovin’ it!

Nice setup! Do you have a thread or link about your speaker build?

As I don’t have the building skills, tools or shop for such, I had the baffles made. Scaled up from Caintuck Audio baffle design, really as a result of following the Decware Big Betsy thread on the Decware forum.
