GFCI tripping problem!!! California Audio Labs CL-10

never seen or heard of one that low . over here standard ones are 30ma and on average they trip around 23ma . . think american ones are around 5 or 10ma .ours are called rcd . may or may not be the same thing .
 
The GFCI in this case might have saved OP’s life. Its miswiring might have also caused damage to his other equipment or a fire. Good that he had it on a GFCI. If it’s tripping, it’s for a reason, and simply moving it to a non-GFCI outlet would in this case have been dangerous.
