Gifts for my groomsmen.

The title is pretty general but here’s the complicated version. Wife and I did a shoe string budget and untraditional wedding. We didn’t have parties or introductions with a bunch of people. But I did have my group of friends who took me out for my bachelor party. I’d like to get them all a thank you gift and I’m trying to brainstorm some ideas.

1. A little Swiss Army Knife. Like these little metal ones. Just pick a specific finish/color (for reference I carry a Victoronix Huntsman as part of my EDC) Victorinox Swiss Army Classic SD Pocket Knife, Silver Alox https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0014YK236/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_KtV8BbE15HCD2

2. Casio G Shock DW5600. Recognized by watch enthusiasts, rugged as hell, very light, and a ten year battery. I have the slightly more expensive solar and Multiband 12 model. Casio Men's G-shock DW5600E-1V Shock Resistant Black Resin Sport Watch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GAYQKY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_wvV8Bb3D59RW7

3. Casio Duro MDV106. Functional dive watch with a screw down crown, 200m water resistance, and just cheap enough that you don’t have to give a **** about accidentally breaking it. I think it’s a little big (I prefer 38mm-40mm) but it’s a classic look and at least half of my friends work in professional environments. Casio Men's MDV106-1AV 200M Duro Analog Watch, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009KYJAJY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_ixV8Bb2Y4MNMH

I don’t drink so I’m not buying my friends any hooch.

What other little thank you gifts does everybody think would be a good idea for the occasion?

Those are thoughtful, manly gifts.

Since you're asking for opinions, I'd say either Casio. I prefer the diver, but the G-Shock is a classic.

I like your third choice, but also check out the "Invicta" line, esp the ones that are on sale.

Perhaps a $60-$70 gift certificate from Amazon/gadget place that they can either apply or buy something outright. Find out what their hobbies are and select accordingly. They can be put in say, a nice beer mug with their name etched on it.

Difficult to select for a group.

Out of your 3 choices, I'd like the dive watch first or Swiss Army knife second. But if you do a watch, it'd be good if you knew your friends didn't already wear an Apple Watch or something like that.

The gift card is a good idea, it's just whether you want to give something practical that everyone will be able to use on something or want to give a physical token of your appreciation that they can associate with you and your wedding/bachelor party.

30 years ago or so I was in a wedding and we were given toe/finger nail clipper sets with a matching knife.
Whenever I use the clippers I think of the couple who eventually divorced and I haven’t seen in ~20 years.
Lol. Time flies n **** happens.

I don't wear a watch, so the knife would be my choice.

Whatever you decide, try to get it engraved with something like the wedding date, it will have more meaning.
