Glue type for not foam area of speaker coming loose?

I have this area of my speaker that is separating from the speaker. What type of glue would work to reseal this up? I've searched but seems like everything is on the refoaming the speaker that I find.

Thanks for the pic because 'area of the speaker separating from the speaker' is not very descriptive.

That's a very odd looking arrangement, but is that a tweeter or mid cone separating from the basket? And it's not happening all around?

What kind of speakers are these?

It can likely be glued, just need to figure out what to use.

The cone is separated from the foam. Get something like this:
