Did you check voltages? Maybe you need to bias or fix another issue like a failed cap or driver transistor.

Yeah I did..and I ordered a replacement for Q401 and c506 I believe..but I dont know if that is gonna help

I am running it on a dbt so it doesn't fail irreparably
