Hi everyone, my name is Ian, from Hamilton, Ontario. I’m a music enthusiast but brand new to the world of hi-fi and all this equipment so I think I’ll be asking a lot of questions!
For some reason I’ve got an affinity for vintage equipment, so over the past few months I’ve collected a few pieces: a Sansui 9090 receiver, a Pioneer PL 570 (the direct-drive one) and Klipsch Forte I speakers. I’m hoping this system will give me years of enjoyment, if I can get it all to work!
Looking forward to the wealth of information here!
Cheers!

Hello Ian and welcome to Audiokarma.org ! You've got a great start on vintage collecting. I have the Pioneer PL-550, brother to the 570, and it sounds great with my SX-1250.
