Good Quality L-Pads?

I am trying to source some better quality L-Pads than what are available from the usual suppliers like Parts Express. Speaker L-Pad Attenuator 50W Mono 3/8" Shaft 16 Ohm and
Parts Express Speaker L-Pad Attenuator 100W Mono 3/8" Shaft 16 Ohm
The ones I am using are 16 ohm units as my drivers are 16 ohm. I've tried Madison Sound but they only have 8 ohm units last I checked.

Seems like the L-pads are pretty much the same.

If you want 16 ohm L-pads with 1" shafts to be able to go inside of speakers, I found one place that had them, and they also have the cheapest price on these things.

I bought directly from their web site, where they state that they are 16 ohm, and I think they were even cheaper there.

Yeah, I've never seen anything better than the ones at Parts Express, and they're well-made.

I found some 15 Ohm on you-know-where that are from Eastern Europe. They took less than two weeks to arrive in New Zealand and communication by email was professional and friendly. Inexpensive and built like tanks. I needed 15 Ohm for some old Goodmans speakers I have. For any practical purpose 15 Ohms will work in your 16 Ohm application.

The add is confusing.

The OP is asking about L-Pads and the add indicates that it is a potentiometer.



The are not the same thing.

Did you receive an L-Pad or a potentiometer?
