Got a pair of old Rectilinear Speakers, now what?

Hey ya'll I'm new here and don't know what kind of receiver/amp I need for these speakers or if they're even worth it. There's no place on them telling me how much power they need or what model they are and I don't know if they work yet (got them from older family.)

Just a single RCA cable coming out the back

Welcome to the forum. We'll need some better pics to be able to help you. Cabinets dimensions, pics of front w/ grilles removed, backside terminals, that sort of thing.

There's no backside terminals, just an rca cable coming out the bottom. I'm guessing they're pretty cheap, when removing the front grille of one the bottom just popped off and a speaker was missing :/ ...oh well. If you guys are still curious tho here's more pics: http://imgur.com/a/pnhf7 H: 29" W: 12" D: 8.5"

Don't look like any Rectilinear's that i have seen, now this is just a GUESS but i would be shocked if that badge belongs to those speakers.

Ghonk is right. Those are most likely NOT Rectilinear speakers. Even the late stage Rectilinear's didn't look like that, as far as I know.

If they have wires coming out the back with an RCA plug on them, they are most likely speakers from a component system.

Unfortunately, the badges may be worth more than the speakers themselves.

Edit: just looked at the other pictures. These are not Recs. To paraphrase The Godfather, "leave the speakers, take the badges".
