Grado MF2 cartridge info?

Hi everyone, I bought a used TT online and it's coming with a Grado MF2 cartridge. From what I know Grado is generally a good brand for cartridges but I can't seem to find anything about this specific model. I'd appreciate if someone could share their experience.

The Grado MF2 is a good cartridge , which had a ''special elliptical '' stylus desiigned to track @ 1.5 grams, so provided that it is in good condition, you are off to a good start.
How good it will sound is dependent on the t/t it is on. Providing that information will allow further comment.
 
Thanks for your reply and the info. It's on a Philips 877 (not the AF877 quartz lock model), which seems pretty good from what I've seen on here.

The 877 is the better sounding table than the 887 & 997 Q.L. tables , in combination with the Grado , it will sound good. Enjoy:thmbsp:
