Grado Model B Cartridge thoughts?

Good morning. Yesterday the wife and I went record pickin, and came across a Grado Model BT/R Solid State unopened. I purchased it for $7. Upon getting home, I opened it and inspected it and did a little research. This one is gray in color and has Mod B on the side. Vinyl Engine reports it's a ceramic cart, 8.5 mV, 25 dynamic compliance (perfect for my Dual 1219) not sure what stylus it has, tracking 1-5 grams. I have no experience with Grado or ceramic cartridges and just curious what the Grado experts might think about them? Will my MM preamp work? Not a ton of info out there. I plan to try it out in the next few days. Thanks!1000005510.jpg

These plug into a line or aux input, not the phono stage. They don't require the phono eq or the boost, but a special high impedance (>1meg) input will bring about the best tonal response.

Not much else I can add, but have fun with it.
