Grado SR325x with a loose wire. How do you open the can?

Greetings,

Has anyone opened the cans on Grado headphones? I have a pair of SR325x that are only about a year old. There is a loose connection in the left can.

A quick search shows that you can heat them with a hair drier and pull apart? True? If so, what kind of glue to reassemble?
