Great deal on a nice pair of AR3a for someone in NYC

This might be a good deal for someone in NYC. All they need is a little restoration, cleaning the POTS, possibly foam and caps.

No affiliation by the way. I already have a pair. :thmbsp:

The reserve may only be $188, but I'm pretty sure bidding will go past that.

Didn't know there were any shops like this left in NYC.

I used to work in an office in the same building, and later worked a block away. It's really no different from any other audiophile shop. A decade ago, before eBay/Audiogon/Craigslist took off, they had a whole wall of used equipment they'd get in trade-in. These days they have almost nothing used.
