First line of the main paragraph says it all about the seller-- "Speaker cabinets are in good structural shape although they may lack aesthetic beauty to the unknowing and/or average eye."

In other words, I'm WAY better than you cause I can see the glorious wood finish hiding behind the crappy paint job." And no pictures to back him up on it.

In Arkansas, no less. Probably more of them there than anywhere. That guy is way more than optimistic.
 
They molested pure La Scala in multiple occasions, and now they call it "upgrade", asking $2,300.

Speaker cabinets are in good structural shape although they may lack aesthetic beauty to the unknowing and/or average eye. The speakers have been partially painted black (from a natural wood grain color) for a previous installation. Some equipment updates have been made (replaced capacitors, tweeters, etc.) all with the guidance of a Klipsch speaker designer and by the hands of an engineer. One woofer will need to be replaced
