One more experience to add to the chorus of thumbs up for Mark! There was an issue with an amp he sold me. Mark immediately worked with me on the problem, and when I couldn't solve it (no surprise given my low tech ability), he swiftly refunded entire amount of sale, include postage to return the item. High integrity, nice guy. Keeps the Karma flowin!
