New here. Looking forward to learning about my new hobby. I've been a huge music lover for pretty much all of my life. Enjoy just about all kinds of music.

I'm originally from Miami, FL. Joined the Army years ago and the rest is history as they say.

Hope I can contribute to this forum somewhere along the line. For now, I'm in full LEARNING mode.

Lovely place!:D A few of my friends went through Basic there back in the late 60s. Several of us went down from Charlotte when they had "visitation".

Have you had the chance to get to the coast of the Carolinas yet?

Took the family out to Wilmington a couple of times. Real nice out that way. We've hit Charlotte several times as well. Real nice. Was there for New Year's to see a Widespread Panic show.

Hey, Nolan. We're up in Raleigh about once a month. We hit the Whole Foods up that way and I also pick up great beer at Tasty Beverage and other spots. Raleigh is a cool town.

I was up there for a vinyl record show not too long ago. Scored a ton of great stuff. Been meaning to visit some of the record shop as well. One of these days...
