I have not tried Costco meats yet (only been a member for a year). So you recommend their tenderloin?

I got a couple of so so steaks. But done the tenderloin thing 4 times now been great everytime.

Thanks. Just remembered. The ham I did on my Weber was Costco's top of the line ham. It was excellent!

Lol got to get while the getting is good. Couple weeks will not need a fire to grill. My smoker temp runs about 180 in the middle of July , thats with no fire!

Just pulled 2 shoulders out of the freezer yesterday, for making BBQ this weekend.

I can see you're from Carolina where the only thing called BBQ is pulled pork.

Well I'm carrying this snack to the the American Legion this afternoon for a little beer snack. Usually about 6 or 8 of us show for the afternoon. The Texas Pete honey mustard is the best. No Mayo in that stuff.
