The weird thing is that I read the title of the thread and before I even opened it up I thought, "Burgess Meredith."

He was a fun actor, loved that guy. I've got a couple of our old radio commercials where we used a Burgess sound-alike.

"It's Bullova WATCH time!"

Hey did anything that he could get money for. I just wish his health had been better when Tim Burton was casting Batman Returns, supposedly Burton wanted him in the movie as a mentor/father figure to the penguin.
