H.H. Scott 340B back from Terry

Picked this up 4 months ago a H.H. Scott 340B. Sent out to Terry for Complete Recap (Audio and PS Update and Alignment) and just got this back today....

Tubes are NOS (Except the 7591's).

Going to let this run for 24hrs. Sounds Smooth and Sexy....After about an 1hr I had swapped out the 7591 Realistic Gold Pin with EICO Westinghouse.

1st....I can hear from the Westinghouse each instrument and the Bass, Midrange more up front. The Realistic has a little smearing in the music but still a Nice tube.

Nice, I did a recap on my 340B some time ago. They are great sounding receivers and crank out the music very well.

Update on 7591's.....Ran Realistic and Westinghouse for 1hr.

I noticed the Realistic Gold Pin....the Transformers do get warmer then with the Westinghouse...

I had sent the Realistic to Terry and tested Good. Funny...I also had these installed in LK-72B and noticed the same effect.

After running last night (8hrs) the Westinghouse are staying in.

Terry had set the Bias lower then what is listed (He knows best). I did hookup a meter on New tubes and no adjustment needed.
