Hafler DH-200 - Input jack replacement

I recently picked up a Hafler DH-200 with some pretty degraded rca input jacks. I want to replace with these chassis mount ones.
It looks like the old jacks are grounded to the chassis but am not sure. Do the replacement ones get grounded to the chassis of the unit or should I isolate them?

On a separate note, it appears that one side of the rca inputs has a resistor that as I understand it is supposed to reduce hum. Do I to upgrade that to a different value?

You might try to clean them up first.
I never replaced mine. IIRC the shield is isolated from the chassis but one channel has a 4R7? that connects the shield to chassis ground. I believe its shown in the schematic. Measure to confirm. Use the same resistor (if possible) and the same value.
I've used these Rean/ Neutrik on the BC-1 amp design with success, they have a insulator to isolate the shield from the chassis Might have to open the hole to fit however. From Mouser

Roll over to Hafler Hafler Dh Service Manuals — Free PDF | Audio Service Manuals and get the manual. Be a bit of reading to find all the answers as this is the manual to build the kit. It details proper RCA jack installation including the resistor used on one and not the other.

Then grab your favorite cramming for an exam beverage, a way to take notes and hit up Hafler DH-200/220 Mods where there are maybe 20 upgrades you can do on the cheap, including info on how to address the install of new RCA jacks. Reading through this 139 page thread got most of the upgrades mentioned by contributors in the first few dozen pages. Taking notes allows making changes as you get further into the thread when different ideas are mentioned as well as having a list to follow up on to get parts and such.

As you read through ak on this amp you will see that the major upgrades, replacements, boards and such will be big improvements but at the cost of making the amp cost similar to other high end amps. I’ve keep a pair of the three I bought new as kits around but have only done a bunch of the upgrades mentioned on DIY. I have other amps but the Haflers just work, sound very good and won’t give a return on major upgrades. So I just use em.
