Hams in the smoker.

Got my annual Christmas hams in the smoker and some Metal Christmas tunes on the main rig. Nothing like Chuck Billy doing Silent Night.

I usually do 1 ham, but had a new glaze I wanted to try. It is pomegranate and molasses based. Couldn't find pomegranate molasses, so made my own. Yummy. Getting ready to cook up a bunch of kielbasa in the remaining glaze. Then probably pop open a big beer out of my special bunch and get ready for a long winters nap.

The hams oughta be pretty righteous, but for some reason, the kielbasa with glaze sounds even better. :drool: Mind you, I like my kielbasa cooked more than "normal", to let out a lot of that extra juice.
