You have no idea how much I would like one of those drinks. Unfortunately, I had to stop drinking them because my blood sugar level started to go up. I was told that the refreshers are premixed with sugar. Now, I get an iced green tea sweetened with Splenda. It's good but not anything like those refreshers.
