HARMAN KARDON 330A - Volume Pot Replacement?

Hello!

I have my first 330A on the bench after dabbling in B's and C's - very cool unit! That said, even after a thorough cleaning, I'm getting a bit of volume on the left channel with the control at zero. Once the volume is increased both channels are fine, no perceptible imbalance, and sound as they should, but if in AM/FM, phono or AUX you can certainly hear the left channel in the background. Right channel is dead silent before engaging the control.

I've run into this before and have typically sought out OEM replacements, but on this guy, I'm curious if there's an aftermarket pot anyone has swapped in with success and minimal mods?

This isn't a high dollar item but I'd love to button it up without any annoying volume control issues, any advice is appreciated!

Ok, sounds like that's a no on aftermarket replacement pots...

Can anyone confirm that a 430 volume pot would work as a replacement?

Never mind, turns out the issue was tied to a bad capacitor, C506, and not a bad volume pot. Learning...
