Harman Kardon 930 missing resistor on filter cap leads?

Hello, I got a HK 930 and it sounds great aside from some scratchiness when adjusting knobs. I took the cover off to clean the pots and switches and took a look around just to see that everything looked fine visually and noticed that 3 of the 4 filter caps look to have a resister across their leads but 1 doesn't. I'm wondering if it is missing or if this is normal. I am just getting into electronics so not completely sure what I am looking at yet. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I worked on one a few years ago. I took a bunch of pictures and that looks correct.

It's correct as it is, with only 3 bleed resistors, according to the service manual schematics.
