Unless I clicked on the wrong place, the membership is only "free" if you upload a bunch of schematics that they do not already have, which is pretty difficult... Are you a member there?
I am, but I had to go through some nonsense. Maybe they have streamlined it since then, but at one point they mailed you the login info, and the guy who runs the site is in Germany. You can purchase download credits, or earn them by uploading schematics and such. I found the whole thing to be overly cumbersome and have never bothered about it.

Yes, after reading the instructions for becoming a member, I did not feel it was worth the effort for the occassional schematic download.
