Harman Kardon Citation II wiring harness

I am completely rebuilding a Citation II to remove years of dirt and the work of two less than fastidious builders. I want to remake the wiring harness from all teflon wire, but find that the harness instructions are tied to a harness jig that I don't have. The old harness is messed up from modifications undertaken by an earlier owner. Does anybody know what the jig looked like? I'd love a photo.

Also, does anyone know what brand and color of paint matches the chocolate brown on the transformers?

Any other thoughts on Citation II rebuilds are welcome. I have had a close look at Jim McShane's site, and am getting some parts from him.
