I recently acquired an HK 770 power amp. I've been using it with my 4 ohm Paradigm 9se speakers. I noticed that, after the amp has been on for about an hour, there is an intermittent buzzing in the left channel. It's very loud and I can see the woofers moving in my left speaker. I have decided not to use it until the problem is fixed to avoid damage to the speakers. I am very impressed with the amp's sound quality so far, apart from this buzzing sound. I suspect it's a bad capacitor. I have disconnected the preamp and speakers and the buzz is still present. If anyone could help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
