Harman Kardon HK-825 flashing power LED

I have a HK-825 on the bench that is working 100% except for the power LED.
Per the manual, it is supposed to flash until the unit comes out of protection... about 8 seconds.
The LED on this unit will flash once, and stay off until the unit comes out of protection, then is goes solid, as it should.
The unit has been fully recapped and the 2SC2603 transistors that are noted to fail, have been replaced.
The protection timeout is good at around 8 seconds..
Can anyone tell me where I should look for this "flash" circuit?

Thanks in advance,
Larry

Look for circuit board damage from leaking caps and glue corrosion. I had one working like a dream. Put it on the shelf a couple of months, took it down, and one channel was dead. More corrosion. I just scrapped it. I had jumped too many traces.

Go back and look over all traces anywhere near a cap, or where glue was an issue.

Thanks for the input. It pointed me in the right direction, although not the actual problem.
Traced backwards from the LED. (Which had the glue)
Got to R68 which was open.
Unit is now happy.
Thanks again.
