Harman Kardon PM 665 xvi variable resistors needed

I am working on a Harman Kardon PM665 vxi amplifier. Doing so slowly. I have come to understand that many times the adjusting pots, variable resistors on the main power amp board cause problems. I've removed two and they both seem to be shot. They are VR 401 and VR 402. The HK part number for them is 5101-6838875 "Res, semi fix 68K".

I'd also be interested in a couple other variable resistors if they can be found. VR403 and VR404 5101-4717675 "470" whatever that is supposed to connote.

Any help locating a reasonable replacement would be appreciated. Photo showing the relative size and pin arrangement below.

Most people would opt for those blue multi turn items.

Key consideration is access to the adjuster and available space.
For vertical mounted boards 3296P series is suggested. For horizontal boards 3296Y.
Strongly suggests you check the parts datasheet for wanted orientation, datasheet at mouser/digikey...

Go for 500ohms over 470, for 68k you will probably need to go for 100k, give me a moment will check.

edit sm board layout is not real clear however VR401,2 68k for dc offset does not look like "current dividing" and is just a simple VR so go with the 100k item, ok you wont use 1/3rd but it's a 20 turn item and should give you better resolution then the OEM single turn item.
