harman kardon ST7 wow/flutter issues with 33rpm only

Hi all! I have a ST7 TT that needs some help. I replaced the three caps and cleaned all pots but only in 33rpm mode the system has a nasty speedup and slowdown with a wow/flutter of 4 to 15! In 45rpm mode the TT is rock solid. I've swapped the two fine control pots thinking it was the issue but same result.

If the motor was an issue would it make sense that it works in the 45rpm circuit? Otherwise, any advice on where I should start to investigate the 33rpm issue?

By chance have you replaced these related parts? I have used this "Recap Kit" on four tables thus far and each now are fully stable on 33 & 45 rpm speeds.

Update: It was a 50k coarse speed pot.
