I wanted to share photos and a few notes from a customer repair I completed recently. Thanks to other forum members for helping me figure out a few things! Especially HalfApt for sharing a good tracking roller replacement. The service manual for this turntable is amazing. All the calibration steps made perfect sense and were easy to follow.
Issues: Two non-working tonearms. Crack in motor pully flange. Low output randomly flickering strobe light. Missing tracking roller. Slow platter speed. Old belts. Dead photocell lamp (Part C). Cracked lid. Tonearm out of calibration.

Strobe light: Chicago Miniature 2330QD4 White Panel Mount Indicator Lamp 1/2W 125V
Belts:
Acrylic welder:
Weld-On® 4™ Acrylic Cement
Photocell lamp:
CEC Industries #47 Bulbs, 6.3 V, 0.945 W, BA9s Base, T-3.25 shape
Tracking roller:
!!! Minimum order qty for this is now 50pc. I have 49 left... If anyone would like one, please DM me on here and I'll give them away at no cost if you can pay shipping.
Original neon strobe lamp

Tonearms as they arrived. One on left had a 3d-printed friction "T" piece and all the crimp ends were mangled to hell. Right one was good condition but had a missing crimp end that needed replacement.

Note position of two top plate screws.

Cracked motor pully. Cleaned up with alcohol and glued with CA glue.

Orientation of the tracking shaft belt.

Phono wire order.

Tonearm carriage. I was able to remove the tracking roller by slightly backing off the bolt just below the spring after loosening the lock nut just inside the white plastic part. You can then spread that white part just enough to drop the roller out.

Wiring as soldered to motor board.

Tonearm wire spliced.

Good as almost new!
